With the large number of arrests on March 15 2013, COBP reminds you that you have 30 days to contest your tickets since the day you receive it. Sign behind it, ask for the evidence against you, don't write anything else and send them to the Municipal Court.
We also recommand that you write down all the details of your arrest (time, badge numbers, look of the officers, police abuse lived or witnessed, etc.) and keep this paper in a safe place so that you can use it for your defense later. If you were victim of police brutality go see a doctor and ask for the report of your injuries also to help you in your defense.
