PMs handcuffed Paulo Henrique Porto de Oliveira, 23, released him, took him to a wall, laid him on the ground and shot twice against his chest. The crime happened on Monday afternoon (07/09), in the Butantã neighborhood, west of SP. Five PMs were arrested on Friday (11/09) for the murder of Paulo Henrique.

After shooting against Paulo Henrique, a PM goes to a police car, grabs a pistol in the back seat, activates the radio to communicate the core of the corporation on a shooting trip to the body of the young, which puts the gun removed from within the vehicle.

Fernando Henrique da Silva, 18, a friend of Paulo Henrique, was also killed by military police. He was cornered in a house 84 meters away from where the cameras caught the farce of PMs. Fernando was shot four times (abdomen, lower back, groin and left hand, which indicates attempt of defense).

The version presented to the Civil Police, the PMs Tyson Oliveira Bastante, 26, and Silvano Clayton dos Reis, 31, both of 3rd Company of the 23th Battalion of the military police, took to shooting against Paulo Henrique. Three other PMs who covered to the two are also arrested.

To date, the report could not locate the lawyers of the two PMs.
