Toronto police said they are reviewing a case of misconduct after a officer was filmed allegedly watching a hockey game inside a police vehicle steps away from the scene of a double shooting on Saturday night.

The video, which was taken by a Global News camera operator, shows an officer watching a game between the Philadelphia Flyers and Ottawa Senators near a crime scene in the area of Thorncliffe Park Drive and Overlea Boulevard.

Two people were transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries following the shooting.
