A London police constable has been charged with assault after an arrest in May left a 60-year-old man with serious injuries.
Const. Omar Hassan is charged with assault causing bodily harm.
The special investigations unit say London police got a call before 8 a.m. on May 12 about a man standing on the side of Wellington Road, south of Wilkins Street.
